| Can I see who is coming to me before I book? |
| Yes. Every Specialist working through Divine-living has an online page. You can view their qualification and insurance certificates, their photograph, their background and experience and feedback from their clients |
| What information do I have to give to book an appointment? |
| In order for us to book you appointment, we need your full name and address, the address of the appointment, an email address and mobile telephone number. All your personal information is protected in accordance with the UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998) (see Privacy Policy more further details). |
| What if I need to cancel my appointment? |
| When the specialist makes contact with you to confirm your appointment they will give you their direct mobile number to call if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If you forget to cancel an appointment the specialist has the right to charge a set fee. Please clarify any additional cost before hand with specialist. |
| What if I have allergies or special requirements? |
| Please disclose any allergies or special requirements with you specialist before any work starts. Tests can be done to clarify whether services can be done. |
| What products will my Specialist use? |
| You can see our Divine product range that each Specialist uses on our website. If you would like to request a specific product range, please ask. |
| What if my Specialist can't make my appointment? |
| In the event that the Specialist is unable to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to appoint a suitably qualified substitute. You will be informed of this change by the specialist. |
| Can I have a beauty treatment and a massage with the same Specialist? |
| The majority of our Specialists are either beauticians or masseuses – they are not usually trained in both areas. For this reason, you would usually have book beauty and massage treatments separately with two different Specialists. |
| Can I have spray tan after a wax? |
| We would not recommend having a spray tan, facial or massage after a wax, as the skin is extra sensitive for a period. Waxing appointments should always be booked separately from the above, perhaps with a manicure or pedicure if you are looking to mix treatments. |
| Do you offer couples massage? |
| Yes. We offer both side-by-side couples massage with two Specialists or one-after-the-other massage with one Specialist. |
| Do you do gift vouchers? |
| Yes, we offer a wide range of vouchers available through all of our specialists. Click on our Shop page to find out more. |
| Can I book an appointment for a friend as a gift? |
| Yes, as long as you have the time/date, full address details and a contact number and email address, this is no problem. Alternatively you can purchase a gift voucher and allow them to choose the time/date and treatment. |
| I want to share my appointment with a friend – can I do this? |
| Yes. Up to two people can share the time with one Specialist as long as this was made clear on the booking. Anymore than two people would be a party/group booking. |
| How long will my appointment take? |
| It depends on the treatment you choose. When you book your appointment you can ask the time guidelines for each treatment and for certain treatments you can choose the amount of time you would like. |
| Can I book the same Specialist for my next appointment? |
| Yes. Simply ask for a rebooking at the end of the appointment or keep a business/appointment card for the future. If you forget to ask don’t panic. You can simply go back online and request a new appointment. |
